Long awaited debut album from Manchester Unabomber's DJ duo. Luke and Justin make a good job of distilling the atmosphere and sound of their legendary Electric Chair night onto wax. They take the 'Red Light, Basement and a Feeling' and apply their own Electric Soul style effortlessly mixing house, disco, hip hop and soul with pop hooks and come up with a sound that is all their own. A fresh crew of vocalists including Pete Simpson, Eska, Tor, Mpho Skeef and Soup from Jurassic 5 keep the mood varied, and with a full live show blowing the competition away at the summers festivals these guys should hopefully be the latest Massive Attack / Basement Jaxx style crossover-with-integrity-intact artists.
