to buy a voucher;
Scroll down the page to see the full list of vouchers. Select a voucher from the list and add to cart and follow the simple steps to pay with your card.
Once this process is complete you will receive a confirmation email to show we have received your order.
We will then process your order (usually on the same day). when you order has been successfully processed, you will receive a 2nd email containing a link to a page where you can gain access to the redemption code. It is this redemption code that you need to give to the recipient of the voucher. Also on this link is a printable version of the voucher and the code.
to redeem a voucher;
Add items to you cart as usual. when you check out you will see a box where you can enter your redemption code.
If the total of your order is greater than the value of your voucher then you can pay the difference with your credit card.
If the total of your order is less than the value of the voucher then you will receive vouchers for the difference. (but not for any amount under 1 pound).
Please note these vouchers can only be used on our website shop (not in the actual shop). We sell separate vouchers in the shop or over the phone on 0161 237 1181 for over the counter purchases.
