To say we’ve been hotly awaiting this album from Detroit’s finest Waajeed would be something of an understatement – and here it finally is. Fat City Recordings have pulled off a real coup in getting nineteen tracks of almost entirely new material – and what material it is as Waajeed’s joined by Tiombe Lockhart, Invincible, Ta’Raach and J Dilla. It’s a new direction for Bling 47 as he moves on up from the Triple P album on Ubiquity – chock full of killa tracks such as Tron, Bombs Away, Act like You Know and The Overtaking – this is going to be in plenty end of year ‘best of 07’ lists without a doubt. Awesome!
