What are the ‘real’ shop opening times?Mon- Sat 10am-6pm
Sun 12-5pm
What are the mail order department opening times?The mail order department is open Monday- Saturday 10am-6.30pm. There will also be someone around to take your calls on Sunday between 12and 5pm
Using the website
How do I log-in?To buy items from the shop, to see your wishlist or to view your order history you need to sign in.
This is a straightforward process and you will be taken to this page when choosing any of these options.
The only thing to be aware of is that you’re sign in username is your email address. This is case sensitive (as is your password).

What is the wish list for?You can use your wish list to store items that you're interested in, but not quite ready to buy yet.
It is also a good place to store items which are temporarily unavailable. If we restock any unavailable items in your wish list you will automatically receive an e-mail.
Can I pay by cheque?Yes you can. Email/ post or call us with your order and send a cheque to the address above. But please allow 14 days for cheque clearance and delivery. Please phone 0161 237 1181 for more details..
Can I pay by paypal?Yes you can. Info to follow
Can I collect my order from the shop rather than have it posted?Yes you can. Just select the collect order option on the delivery address page when placing your order. This will save you postage costs.
You will receive an email from us when your order is ready for collection.
Are tickets for club nights/ gigs posted out?No, you collect your tickets from the door of the venue on the night of the event. Please bring the credit card your used to purchase the tickets as proof of id.

How do I check the status of my order?Two ways - you can either click the link at the top of the confirmation e-mail you just received, or you can go to ‘manage my order’ on the top navigation bar
From this page you can keep an eye on how your order is progressing and choose to have any in-stock items sent out straight away.
Can I add items to my outstanding order?Yes you can. Just go to ‘manage my orders’ on the top navigation bar. There are clear instructions on this page.
Can I change my address / password / card details?Please just send us an e-mail explaining exactly what you'd like changing and we'll do the rest!
